Sherry Lynn Bell Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Decorative Art and Design
Sherry Bell has published two books and pieces in several magazines
BRISTOL, TN, January 19, 2012 /AE PR News/ -- Sherry Lynn Bell, President of Sherry Lynn Designs, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in decorative art and design.
Since retiring from her successful career as a real estate broker, Ms. Bell has been able to devote herself entirely to her lucrative art business. Her role as president of Sherry Lynn Designs primarily entails performing freelance work in decorative art and design. Ms. Bell, who began dabbling in art in 1987, specializes in decorative painting and design work. She has had two books published, had pieces in several magazines, designed pattern packets, participated in numerous craft shows, and taught at national and regional conventions. She also operated a shop in Greenville, S.C. before relocating to Bristol, Tenn. Today, she offers pieces created by herself and her mother through her website, www.sherrylynndesigns.com.
Ms. Bell holds an associate degree in medical secretarial science from Lees-McRae College, earned in 1973. She is a certified craft designer and a certifed professional demonstrator for crafts. She also attained more than 11 designations before she retired from the real estate field. Ms. Bell attributes her success to her growing education, taking trends into consideration and being available for others. She intends to continue working in the years to come, spreading the word about decorative painting and sharing her knowledge with other people.
