COOPER CITY, FL, February 05, 2012 /AE PR News/ -- Inna's Hall of Fame Physical Exercise Dance Program Goes Global to promote Physical Education to children and combat obesity. Licensed instructors from the United States and abroad teach Physical Education through Dancing to children ages 1-12. It has been operating under the direction of Inna Maor.
Inna Maor, an experienced dancer, musician, educator and manager knows what it takes to be a true professional; she also knows that children need to enjoy what they are doing in order to be motivated. Her primary role is to address the growing problem of childhood obesity and poor fitness in kids.
By taking weekly dance classes each student learns about positive self-esteem, learns healthy lifestyle habits while exercising to fun music, and a love for the arts that will last them a lifetime.
Inna's Hall of Fame is a structured curriculum that runs contiguously with the school year.
Childhood obesity has more than tripled in the past 30 years. The percentage of children aged 6-11 years in the United States who were obese increased from 7% in 1980 to nearly 20% in 2008. Similarly, the percentage of adolescents aged 12-19 years who were obese increased from 5% to 18% over the same period. - Reference - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Dance Classes focus on the unity of the body, mind and soul. These classes provide the student with great body posture and a healthy body.
Inna's Hall of Fame offers classical Ballet in which Russian technique is taught, and some original choreography is adapted to the class to give dancers insight to the steps of the great classic ballets.
Theater program involves students in the theatrical process through acting exercises designed to increase concentration, free the imagination, foster spontaneity and flexibility, and increase self-confidence. Movement for the stage, theatre games, character development and improvisation are used to help students engage in the creative process.
