Spencer Kane Featured On Season 3 Of Radio Disney Club's Rising Stars Webshow
Radio Disney Club's Season 3 of Rising Stars will feature 7 young artists beginning January 27. Spencer Kane, a 15 year old Singer/Songwriter from Indiana, will be a featured guest on episode 2, February 10.
KENDALLVILLE, IN, January 22, 2012 /AE PR News/ -- Beginning January 27, 2012, Radio Disney Club will air episode one of Season 3 of its Rising Stars Webshow broadcast. Seven young artists will be featured during the season including Spencer Kane, airing February 10, episode 2.
"We've been interviewing young artists for a few years now and having some great success working with Radio Disney's Top 30 Countdown from time to time as well," stated Hannah Joy, creator of the web based show. "This new season is exciting because we're including artists from all over North America and each of them are very uniquely talented," she added.
Spencer Kane, a 15 year old singer / songwriter from Kendallville, Indiana, was chosen as a Season 3 guest artist after Hannah reviewed his body of work on Youtube.
"Spencer's music and style is very appealing to our viewers and I think he's definitely on his way to making it big," she continued.
Spencer publicly launched his career in July 2011 when his debut single "Best Friends" went viral on Youtube and iTunes. He has since released three more songs; "Best Friends - Remix" (Aug 2011), "Knowing" (Nov 2011), and a complete club mix version of Best Friends called "BF Redux - Ft The Ground Above" (Jan 2012). Spencer has been featured as a guest on several radio shows and has also been nominated for Best Solo Artist and Best Pop Artist by the All Indie Music Awards Show held in Hollywood, CA on February 10, 2012.
"It's pretty amazing how fast my music is reaching people around the world. It's humbling to get tweets or Facebook messages from fans in other countries saying they love my music," said Spencer. "Being a part of Season 3 is an honor and something I'm excited about," he added.
