Delaware Author Gives Women the Scoop on What Men Want
Relationship Expert Darrell V. Freeman Offers The 30 Top Things Men Want from Women
MIDDLETOWN, DE, December 09, 2011 /AE PR News/ -- What do men really want? A caring wife? A devoted girlfriend? A little bit of attitude? How about a whole lotta sex appeal without an off button? Author and relationship expert Darrell V. Freeman lend the opposite sex a helping hand in his latest book, What Men Want: The 30 Top Things Men Want from Women, to be released December 14.
"When I travel the country, I get asked questions by women about men and relationships all the time," says Freeman, a sought-after speaker on topics covering healthy adult relationships, fatherhood and youth development. "Many women think they know their men, but they don't, and many women think their men don't talk about their relationships, but they do talk. They get outside the house and they talk to their friends."
The portable-sized What Men Want is described as a "help women to know booklet" so that they can get better, do better, feel better, act better, respond better and enjoy respectfully the men that are in their lives or the men they hope to be with one day. Among some of the things men want as listed in the book are: "You," an ask of women to genuinely be who they are; "He Wants you to be a Little Sassy," with Freeman pointing out, there is "good sass" and "bad sass;" a request (or plea) "For You to Stop Covering Up Everything on Your Body...and Show Him a Little Sumthin' Sumthin'"; "For You to Stop Telling Him That He's Lying;" and "For You to Tell Him What He Means to You."
What Men Want is a second book on relationships, but one of eight authored by Freeman. Among his previously published works are Your Choice is Your Trouble: Moving on After the Choices You've Made and Investing in Our African-American Youth: Can You Handle It? Revised Edition. A book on fatherhood, A Father for Life: The 6 "C's" of Being a Star Dad, which is co-authored with Sheldon D. Nix, Ph.D., will also be released on December 14.
